Terms and Conditions

a. A surgery must be scheduled a month ahead with the following requirements:

  1. Send us a copy of your valid ID and/or passport
  2. A deposit of 10% of the total amount must be sent to Nida Esth’ for the reservation of the surgery (please see Terms of Payment section)
  3. Consultation fee is not subjected for a deposit
  4. Consultation fee is free if the client avail the procedure
  5. Send a copy of deposit slip or receipt
  6. Send a copy of plane ticket to Thailand

b. If the client wish to reschedule the surgery for any reason, kindly notify us at least a day before the scheduled hospital admission.

c. CLIENTS WHO RESCHEDULED THE SURGERY ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR ANY CANCELLATION OF THE PROCEDURE. If they wish to cancel, a refund will not be provided.

d. If the client (those who haven’t rescheduled) wish to cancel the surgery, a refund will be provided in accordance to the refund policy. (please see refund policy section)

e. Any pre or post surgery done by other surgeons not related to Nida Esth’ will not be our responsibility.

f. In case of unforeseen conditions may necessitate different procedures, the surgeon is granted to perform necessary procedures that are in the exercise of his profession.

g. A patient’s consent from Nida Esth’ (separate from the hospital) will be given to the client prior to surgery and should be affixed with the client’s signature or the legal guardian if the client is underage.

h. All information regarding the services provided by Nida Esth’ must only come from the authorized person that are given the right to disseminate such information through the company’s official contact numbers, email, messengers and social medias.
